Title: A/R A/P Coordinator

Description:
To assist in the bookkeeping of accounts receivable and accounts payable. This position also requires filling in for the receptionist..

Duties:

  • Data entry of accounts receivable and payable.
  • Generate schedules for cash receipts.
  • Expediting cash accounts.
  • Reporting, on a daily basis, to the Office Manager concerning cash collections and sales.
  • Other related duties as assigned

Most Critical Tasks:

  • Accurate data entry of account receivable and sales.
  • Aged accounts receivable and payable trial balance.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School graduate preferred
  • Typing proficiency
  • Experience:
    • A minimum of two years of prior office experience is required.
    • Previous computer experience is necessary.
    • Knowledge of general office procedures.
    • Typing skills required.

Title: Assembler I

Description:
This is an entry level position for the unskilled or minimal skilled assembler. This could involve any phase of assembly. This person reports to the supervisor of the area and requires direct supervision.

Duties:

  • Develop good working knowledge of functions associated with the department on standard products.
  • Identify components by type and value.
  • Adhere to the company’s documentation (blueprints, BOM's etc.)
  • Consistent performance to quality specifications.
  • Consistent performance to quantity standards.
  • Adhere to and master techniques and procedures in the department.
  • Maintain a clean working environment
  • Adherence to ESD and safety guidelines
  • Other related duties as assigned

Most Critical Tasks:

  • Mastering techniques used in the assigned department
  • Performance of assembly technique with quality workmanship
  • Performance of assembly technique to engineered operation standards

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School graduate preferred
  • Experience:
    • Prior experience helpful, but not necessary
    • Ability to perform repetitious work.
    • Manual dexterity.

Title: Automatic Equipment Operator and Programmer

Area: PC Board Area

Description:
Under minimum supervision, this individual is responsible for the set-up and operation of Automatic Insertion Equipment, and the formulation of new computer programs, as well as the update of existing programs for automatically inserted components into printed circuit boards.

Duties:

  • Operate automatic machinery in a timely manner, ensuring quality workmanship.
  • Initiate programs for prototype and pilot new products using minimal documentation (eg: CAD drawings, mark-ups, etc.
  • Update existing computer programs in compliance with most recent Engineering Change Orders.
  • Perform the required preventive maintenance, product housekeeping and compliance to ESD and safety guidelines.
  • Ability to work overtime on short notice.
  • Comply to ESD and safety guidelines.
  • Train lesser skilled employees.
  • Other related duties as required.

Most Critical Tasks:

  • Interpretation of unreleased documentation and ECO's.
  • Recognition of BOM and/or print errors and affecting the necessary communication to remedy (works closely with mfg. eng.).
  • Assurance of above average workmanship.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
    • Vocational training in electronic Assembly and Basic Computer Programming would be helpful.
  • Experience:
    • Demonstrated proficiency in the operation of automatic equipment necessary.
    • 8-24 months of experience as a level IV Automatic Equipment Operator preferred.
    • Individual must demonstrate a proficiency in:
    • Familiarity in the use of a video display terminal,
    • Communication skills.

Title: Buyer

Area: Purchasing

Description:
To effectively quote & procure all commodities assigned on a project basis. To include (but not limited to) printed circuit board, active and passive components and other commodities delegated by the Purchasing Manager.

Duties:

  • Manage daily work load, quoting & procuring at the lowest possible price all items listed on the BOM Master Report within the customer's A.V.L. and within lead time specified by Production Control.
  • Report back to the Senior Buyer all problems as they occur in procuring their own commodities.
  • Report back the accurate cost of each sales order serviced. The sales order must be updated with the accurate cost and initialed. The BOM Cost Report must be updated with last price paid & current lead time information.

Most Critical Task
Quoting, negotiating and purchasing of raw materials to fulfill production requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum High School education.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in purchasing of all types of electronic components through distribution and direct from manufacturers.

Title: Program Manager

Area: Production Control

Description:
This position involves active program management for a group of accounts.

Duties:

  • Responsible for day to day business deliverables and objectives. These include but are not limited to cost, quality, product availability and total customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for setting, coordinating and achieving the business objectives for each account consistent company goals for continuous improvement.
  • Work with senior management to establish long term strategies and projects; and manage them to achieve the specific business objectives.
  • Responsible for driving a timely and accurate quote process to ensure that customer expectations are met and that we take full advantage of all opportunities that are presented to us for quotation.

Most Critical Tasks:

  • Customer advocates, ‘the eyes and ears of the paying customer’.
  • Ensure that delivery commitments are met.
  • Program coordination
  • Cross-functional leader
  • Management of ECO activity to ensure timely response
  • Maintain account profitability and growth.
  • Proactive process improvements and corrective actions whenever required
  • Customer satisfaction metrics feedback
  • Drive timely quote process
  • Coordinate and drive quarterly customer review meetings
  • Reactive and proactive exception management

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Graduate and a BS in Business Management.
  • Experience: A minimum of five years experience in manufacturing operations in a High Tech environment.

Title: Production Planner II

Area: Production Control

Description:
To schedule and coordinate customer’s orders through manufacturing and provide departmental work schedules while ensuring manufacturing resources are available to complete customer’s orders on time.

Duties:

  • Schedule and monitor daily work schedules through production.
  • Support teams with material status for orders
  • Expedite shortages for manufacturing orders
  • Sales order entry
  • RMA entry
  • Work order entry

Most Critical Tasks:

  • Ensuring that manufacturing is working on the correct jobs and ensuring there is ample resources to complete jobs on time.
  • Ensuring that realistic production dates are set and that delivery dates are met.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Strong MRP and scheduling experience.
  • Strong general computer knowledge.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word. (Knowledge of MS Project a plus)
  • APICS certified a plus.

Title: Sales Administrator

Area: Sales

Description:
Coordinate receipt and review of all customer product and process information with internal Sales, Engineering, and Materials to ensure an accurate Customer Quotation process.

Duties:

  • Manage daily work load, processing customer requests for information.
  • Reviewing customer provided product documentation for accuracy.
  • Ensuring documentation changes are communicated to all internal departments.
  • Drafting customer quotation packages.

Most Critical Tasks:

  • Timely customer feedback on quote statuses and information gaps.
  • Providing ongoing quote status to internal company managers.
  • Reformatting customer BOM data for automated import into company databases.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum High School education.
  • Possess a basic understanding of an Electronic Product Structures, i.e.; Bills of Materials, Mechanical Drawings and Specifications.
  • Proficient in computer operation, with a strong working knowledge in, MS Word, Excel, and Power Point.
  • Light knowledge of CAD/CAM software, such as AutoCAD, CAM350, UNICAM.

Title: Through Hole/SMT - Process Engineer

Description:
You will support the introduction and fulfillment of new PCBA builds. Your responsibilities will cover the full range of new product development, including process engineering, estimating, process optimization and continuous improvement..

Qualifications:

The successful candidate should have a degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience. A minimum of 2 years experience in the PCBA arena is required. Fluency in AutoCad is a requirement. Previous experience with Universal and MPM equipment is desireable. Wave soldering experience is also a definite plus. Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills are essential.

Title: Senior PCB Equipment Process Engineer

Description:
You will support the introduction and fulfillment of new PCBA builds. Your responsibilities will cover the full range of new product development, including process engineering, estimating, process optimization and continuous improvement. You will also be the lead for equipment support

Qualifications:

The successful candidate should have a degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience. A minimum of 5 years experience in the PCBA arena is required. Additional essential requirements are:

A: Experience with Universal surface mount and through hole placement equipment to include programming, setup, use, and repair.

B: Experience with wave soldering equipment, including setup, use and repair.

C: Fluency in AutoCad.

D: Experience with MPM screen printers.
