provides real-time online remote view and management
of line operations, production simulation, supply chain
and schedule management, and manufacturing data and
analysis transfer.
Through an end-to-end collaborative system, The Looking
Glass™ allows manufacturers to work more closely
with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors –
including offshore manufacturers – to gain tighter
cost and quality control.
The Looking Glass™ is adept at facilitating the
transfer of manufacturing processes from domestic prototype
or low-volume production operations to offshore facilities
able to more cost effectively handle high-volume demands.
This get-it-right the first time capability eliminates
the waste of money, time, and resources in re-learning
manufacturing and assembly lessons already encountered
and resolved during the product development and prototyping
phase
